Working with comedian and actor Guz Khan, we helped Virgin Media bring the magic of Christmas to their customers 48hours early!
For the 2nd year running, we were asked to produce their still images plus external and internal campaign films, promoting their festive generosity campaign. These assets were shared across their TiVo platform, website, YouTube, emails, print and social media platforms. Virgin Media left no bauble unturned and pulled out all the stops for their customers by giving away loads of free gifts - from a Safari holiday in Richard Branson’s property, private dining experiences to their own VOLT bundles. The campaign succeeded in attracting 381,000 to enter, 130,000 of which opted into future marketing. Alongside this, they also supported Carers UK and unpaid carers who can suffer from loneliness and isolation at Christmas.
With a nod to the recent merger with O2 and their rewards scheme ‘Priority’, Guz announced the winners of the competition two days early, giving them access to Christmas on 23rd December.
